Pavel Perlov

President and CEO

Pavel Perlov joined EFC in 2003 and assumed the helm as CEO in 2015. His expansive knowledge of the industry, needs of the market, and his ability adapt to changing technology and business practices, makes him well positioned to drive business growth.

Robert Brierley

Chief Financial Officer

Rob Brierley is EFCs’ CFO with a primary responsibility for the financial and operating disciplines to drive the execution of EFC’s well defined growth strategy.

Chief Scientist

As Chief Scientist with EFC, Bob Syvret plays a primary role in developing new commercial products and improving process technology and safety protocols.

Matthew R Adams

Executive Vice President

Matt Adams serves as EFC’s Executive Vice President, with a primary role of developing strategic new market opportunities and expansion of new product development initiatives and infrastructure.  He has been in the industry for over 25 years with a career focusing on sales of specialty gases, electronics and advanced materials.

Thomas Arndt

Executive Vice President of Operations

As EFC’s Executive Vice President of Operations, Thomas Arndt is responsible for day-to-day plant operations, including safety and process improvements. His focus is to manage infrastructure, processes, shipping, and team dynamics.

Adam Seymour

Director of Business Development, Electronic Materials

Adam Seymour joined EFC in 2019 as Director of Business Development, Electronic Materials. He has proven success and an extensive research resume in the chemicals industry as well as skills in operations, quality management, semiconductor devices, and hazardous materials.

Kenneth G Unfried, Ph.D.

Director of Global Business Development, Rare Gases, and Specialty Products

Dr. Kenneth Unfried joined EFC in 2020 with 30 years' experience in the chemical industry. Ken’s focus is on new business development. He brings an impressive technical background that’s critical in managing accounts and distributors in diverse markets ranging from windows and lighting to sputtering and space.

Ravi Laxman, Ph.D.

Director of Business Development, Advanced Materials

Dr. Ravi Laxman joined EFC in 2019 as a Director of Business Development for Advanced Materials. In his role he accelerates the development of new products within EFC’s portfolio, while driving investments and strategic alliances with key customers and vendors.
